  • Oils and fats: Use pure fats and oil. Coconut oil and organic butter are my top choices. Avoid buttery spreads, margins, vegetable oils, canola oil, etc.
  • Grains: Organic flour, spelt flour, tapioca starch, rice flour, coconut flour, almond flour, spelt flour, einkorn flours
  • Other tasty additives: use the purest form of the food available. Look for pure cacao powder, fresh fruit, unsweetened coconut flakes, etc. Get used to using WHOLE FOOD ingredients.
